  The Jaycees Float was in all three parades at the 2001 Richardson County Fair. "The Jaycees Provide Something For Everyone- Come Aboard We're Expecting You" won the Jaycees first place.  The Humboldt Area Jaycees once again held their "Cutest Baby Contest" during the Richardson County Fair. This is always one of the Jaycees most popular fundraisers of the year. This year 12 babies were entered in the contest.  Winners of the Baby Contest: L-R, 1st: Grace Kanel, daughter of Neal and Bonnie Kanel; 2nd: Kade Fankhauser, daughter of Paul and Paula Fankhauser and 3rd: Dylan Rowe, son of Tammy and Mike (not pictured).
