 Humboldt Area Jaycees Mud Volleyball Tournament  CAN YOU BELIEVE that this girl was elected to represent the county on the Republican State Central Committee? But when you play “mud volleyball,” what else can you expect? 
The champions of the all day Mud Volleyball Tournament were a mix of three towns: Dawson, Humboldt, and Table Rock. Shown above, L to R: Mick and Willy McLaughlin, Rick Hunzeker, Kelly Kanel, Missy McLaughlin. Teammates not pictured were: Jim McNealy, Melody Ludwig, LuAnn Hunzeker. 
Brotherly Love is the caption for this photo. Buck Holman is shown gently putting his sister, Becky, into the mud, after losing a match. At least Becky landed on her backside. Teammate Dustin Bents (L) is enjoying watching the after game events. 
What follows a good game of mud volleyball?...a big wash tub, of course! The only problem is that the four horse tanks full of water got about as muddy as the playing pit. Humboldt Area Jaycees Kid's Games  Parents and children took part in the water balloon toss event. In this game there were no losers. The egg toss did create a few messes, however.
